POSITION: Customer Care Assistant
COMPANY: Platinum Credit (U) Ltd
LOCATION: Kampala
Platinum credit is a leading Regional Micro Finance Company providing emergency
loans to employed individuals in Eastern Africa. We have a wide spread branch
network in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Currently we are providing loans to
Civil servants and employees of the Private sector, and will soon roll out
asset finance products.
Job details:
Applicants should have exposure/competence in the following:
•Handling queries and complaints for walk-in clients in an efficient and
effective manner.
•Call centre knowledge and experience.
•Proven sales skills, by demonstrated success in consistently meeting sales
goals.
•Proven skills in customer service.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
•A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a
financial institution.
•Degree in a business related field for example Bachelor of Business
Administration, Bachelor of Quantitative Economics, Bachelor of commerce,
Bachelor of Arts in Economics among others.
•Computer knowledge.
•Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
