Content Creator at Twinbrook Sports Academy and Skilling Centre

Job Description

As content creator, you will do the following:
⢠Produce high-quality and engaging multimedia content, including videos. photos, and graphics, that showcases the sports academy and skilling centreâs activities, achievements, and participants.
⢠Manage and curate content for the sports academy skilling centreâs Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts to ensure a consistent and compelling online presence.
⢠Track and analyse performance metrics related to participant development. and program success.
⢠Keep abreast of industry trends, sports regulations, and skilling advancements to ensure the academy remains competitive and innovative.
⢠Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the academy and skilling centreâs branding goals and objectives to drive visibility and engagement.
⢠Grow the following of the Sportsâ Academy and skilling centreâs social media pages

Qualifications
⢠A minimum qualification of a Bachelorâs degree in a relevant field such as Media production, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Visual Arts, or
⢠Provide one-on-one or small group support to special needs learners during sports activities
⢠Foster partnerships with both local and international organisations and bodies that support learners with special needs
⢠Ensure that sports and skilling facilities and equipment are accessible to learners with special needs, while implementing safety measures and modifications as needed to prevent injuries.
⢠Identify and facilitate opportunities for disabled learners to participate in inclusive sports and skilling competitions, both in Uganda and at the international level.
⢠Maintain open communication with parents, teachers, and other school staff regarding learnersâ progress and needs.
⢠Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) related to sports performance and skilling activities
