We are looking for hardworking and reliable Coffee Farm Operations Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will assist with the daily operations of our coffee farm, including planting, crop maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest processing. Key Responsibilities

• Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain coffee crops.
• Weed fields and assist with pest and disease control.
• Prune coffee trees to support healthy growth and productivity.
• Harvest ripe coffee cherries according to quality standards.
• Sort, wash, dry, and process harvested coffee.
• Operate and maintain basic farm tools and equipment.
• Follow farm safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform other farm-related duties as assigned.
