CFCT Field Officer
Job summary
We seek a proactive and community-focused Field Officer to implement Livelihoods and Education programs, strengthen household resilience, support community groups, and promote child well-being. The ideal candidate has experience in community development, training, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation within NGO or development settings
Job descriptions & requirements
- Facilitate community awareness, training, and mobilization activities to improve education outcomes and parental engagement.

Organize and support community groups, volunteers, and parent-led initiatives to enhance learning and child protection.

Provide basic guidance, counseling, and referral support for vulnerable children and families.

Mobilize, train, and mentor Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) and other livelihood groups.

Support households to develop sustainable income-generating activities and strengthen food security.

Train and coach farmers on improved agricultural practices, post-harvest handling, and farm management.

Facilitate market linkages, value chain development, and access to relevant livelihood information.

Collect, analyze, and report program data, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of results.

Contribute to proposal development, activity planning, monitoring, and donor reporting requirements.

Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, teamwork, and community engagement skills, with a willingness to work in rural communities.
