We are seeking a full-time Business Development Lead to be based on-site at our Kampala office. The Business Development Lead will identify growth opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and oversee new market penetration strategies. This role will also involve building relationships with stakeholders, managing sales pipelines, leading client negotiations, and driving overall business growth aligned with RentBeta's mission and goals. Reporting to senior management, you'll play a significant role in shaping strategies that expand RentBeta's footprint in the market.

Role Description

Reporting to senior management, you'll play a significant role in shaping strategies that expand RentBeta's footprint in the market.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Research and Analysis for identifying new opportunities and assessing market trends
  • Experience in Developing Business Strategies, Sales Planning, and Deal Structuring
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
  • Marketing and Communication expertise, including knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the real estate or fintech industry is an advantage
