Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any other related field.
A master’s degree will be of added advantage.
At least five (5) years relevant work experience in microfinance and/or banking.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to mentor staff and foster a performance driven culture.
Deep understanding of microfinance lending practices.
1. Drive Sales Growth: Lead and manage sales teams to consistently meet recruitment and loan disbursement targets in line with organizational growth objectives.
2. Oversee the Loan Lifecycle: Supervise the full loan process from application to disbursement ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to risk and compliance standards.
3. Manage portfolio quality: Monitor portfolio performance daily, implementing proactive recovery and delinquency management strategies to minimize Portfolio at Risk (PAR).
4. Optimize Branch Operations: Coordinate daily operations to remove bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery and scalability.
5. Develop high performing teams: Coach, mentor, and train staff to build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous professional development.
6. Improve Processes and Client Experience: Evaluate operational systems and implement innovations that increase efficiency and strengthen customer satisfaction.
7. Strategic Reporting: Produce accurate daily and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to support informed management decisions.
