Job Summary

Enterprise Gaming is a leading gambling business based in Bugolobi, Kampala, Uganda. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a passionate, dynamic and proactive Accountant / Business Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in our success.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and various departments within the organization.
  • Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinating office maintenance.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Handle general inquiries and correspondence via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, financial documents, and customer information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and support overall business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in office administration, business coordination, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in the gambling or gaming industry is a plus.
