PART I: GENERAL PART
1.1 Scope of Application
1.1.1 The Supply Chain Department invites applications for Disposal of Assets in Appendix A.
1.1.2 throughout this document:
(a) The “Applicant” means the bidder submitting an application; and
(b) “Application” means Disposal bid document.

PART II: TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BIDDERS These items can be viewed from our warehouse called Beyond Logistics located at Plot 1661 Link Road Bweyogerere between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) from 29th August 2024 to 6th September 2024 The method of payment will be cash payable to our bank Account indicated below BANK DETAILS

Sort Code: 040047 Completed bid documents in sealed envelopes properly addressed “Disposal Bidding to Living Goods ” shall be deposited in the bid box that is suitably placed at the main gate of Living Goods. The bid documents should be deposited into the bid box before 5.00 pm on Monday 9th September 2024. Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected. Successful bidders must make payment within one week’s time upon notification on the bank account mentioned above and they must indicate “ Disposal” as narration when making payments. Living Goods reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without incurring any liability or being bound to give reasons for its decision. PART III: PREPARATION OF APPLICATIONS
3.1 Language of Application
The Application prepared by the Applicant, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Application exchanged by the Applicant and the Living Goods, shall be written in English.
3.2 Format and Signing of Applications
3.2.1 The Applicant is requested to submit their bid document in one envelope marked: “Disposal bidding to .

4.1 Sealing and Labelling of Applications
4.1.1 The Application shall be composed of an envelope marked “ Disposal bidding to Living goods ” and shall contain the original bid document with the list of item (s) and the price you offer
