AOE Tours and Travels Ltd. is seeking a skilled Travel Information/Reservation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with travel inquiries and bookings, provide detailed information on destinations and packages, and manage reservations effectively.

Job Description/Requirements
- Assist clients with travel inquiries and bookings
- Provide detailed information on destinations, packages, and services
- Manage reservations and handle customer requests efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on travel trends and company offerings
- 2 to 3 years’ experience.
- Travel and Tourism certification (IATA Qualification)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
- Familiarity with travel software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus
- A love for travel and helping others plan their dream trips!
