M31 Research is seeking experienced Education Consultants to join our team in Uganda. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in working with international organisations such as UNICEF, USAID, and World Bank. The ideal candidates will have expertise in conducting Education Assessments, Evaluations in Uganda

The District Head works to support Raising The Village (RTV) programs in Uganda and to support RTV’s Team Leads and Officers in all aspects of their work. S/he provides a mentorship and leadership role for all staff and ensures follow-up and follow-through as per project designs and work plans.

Responsibilities include managing the data lifecycle, conducting exploratory data analysis, developing predictive models, and creating insightful visualizations and reports. A strong background in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and machine learning techniques is essential.
