To demonstrate contribution to establishing/strengthening functional vertical and horizontal linkages, the Activity needs to map intra and inter agency relations and transactions.

The District Head works to support Raising The Village (RTV) programs in Uganda and to support RTV’s Team Leads and Officers in all aspects of their work. S/he provides a mentorship and leadership role for all staff and ensures follow-up and follow-through as per project designs and work plans.

Responsibilities include managing the data lifecycle, conducting exploratory data analysis, developing predictive models, and creating insightful visualizations and reports. A strong background in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and machine learning techniques is essential.

The IT Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure.
