1. Position: Hotel /Restaurant Service Supervisor
Position: Supervisor
Gender: Female
Age 18-28 yrs
Working experience: 1-3 years or willing to work
Roles and responsibilities
- Supervising a team of staff.
- Ensuring staff is managed efficiently and meet targets.
- Servicing hospitality meeting rooms within agreed timescales.
- Ensuring your areas of work are kept clean throughout the day.
- Ensure service delivery
- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in a recognized hotel
2. Position: Waitress
Gender: Female
Age 18-27 yrs
Working experience: 1-3 years or willing to work
Roles and responsibilities
- Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service.
- Setting and cleaning tables and service areas.
- Dealing with customer complaints.
- Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems.
3. Position: Chef
Gender: Male
Experience: 2-4 years working as head chef
We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive Chef. You will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.
Roles and responsibilities
- plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
- Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
- Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Recruit and manage kitchen staff
- Rectify arising problems or complaints
- Give prepared plates the “final touch”
- Perform administrative duties
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
