- Tele-selling: Calling our existing customers to upgrade them to Televisions and other products which the company has to offer
- Conversation objectives: Responsible for ensuring the campaign achieves its conversions and objectives
- Quality objectives: To ensure the quality of calling adheres to set quality standards
- Talk time objectives: To adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity
- Any Certificate or Diploma preferably
- BPO Industry, captive call center industry experience
- Sales skills and excellent communication skills
- Excellent persuasive and convincing skills, result-oriented and self-driven
- Exceptional work ethic and integrity
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and listening skills
