Education and Experience
- Minimum: High School Diploma / Pursuing Graduation (Minimum 12 years of Formal Education)
- Additional: Graduate or global equivalent preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or service industry
- Experience in travel, tourism, or visa operations preferred
- Basic MS Office and typing skills
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Application Processing – Review and collect visa applications accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Support – Handle applicant inquiries professionally via walk-ins, phone, or email.
- Data Entry & Compliance – Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with SOPs and security standards.
- Queue & Process Management – Support smooth applicant flow and timely processing during peak hours.
- Administrative Support – Assist with reporting, logistics, and passport handling activities.
