Spa Therapist

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, pedicure and manicure, and other wellness therapies.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Promote spa services and retail products to guests
  

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel spa.
• Proficiency in massage techniques, facials, body treatments, manicure and pedicure services is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
