SOCIAL MEDIA AD MANAGER/SPECIALIST
Job summary
Role Overview: We are looking for a data-driven and creative Social Media Ads Manager to oversee and optimize our paid social media advertising. You will be responsible for developing high-converting ad campaigns, managing ad budgets, A/B testing creative assets, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize our return on investment

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and launch comprehensive paid advertising strategies across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Budget & Bidding Management: Manage daily/monthly ad spend, allocate budgets across campaigns, and oversee bid management to hit specific KPIs (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROAS)
- Audience Targeting: Build targeted audience segments using custom audiences, lookalikes, and pixel data.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test ad copy, formats (video, carousel, static), and landing pages to improve ad relevance scores and conversion rates.
- Creative Briefing: Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce platform-specific ad creatives that drive engagement and action.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rates) and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements.
- Platform Updates: Stay ahead of social media algorithm updates, ad policies, and emerging trends.
- Experience: Proven experience running successful, data-driven paid social media campaigns (typically 2-4 years in digital marketing or media buying).
- Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, calculate ROI, and translate metrics into actionable strategies.
- Copywriting: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write persuasive, compelling ad hooks and CTAs.
- Certifications: Professional certifications like Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Google Ads Certification are highly preferred.
