UI/UX Product Designer

Tricsoft Technologies Ltd is looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Product Designer who can transform ideas, business requirements and user problems into modern, intuitive and commercially viable digital products.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond creating attractive screens. The ideal candidate should be able to research the market, understand users, analyse competitors, define product experiences, design interfaces in Figma and deliver production-ready designs that developers can implement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare professional market research and product research reports.
• Identify user needs, pain points and opportunities.
• Develop user personas, customer journeys and user flows.
• Translate business requirements into effective product experiences.
• Create information architecture, wireframes and low/high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design modern and responsive web, mobile and SaaS interfaces using Figma.
• Build and maintain reusable design systems and UI component libraries.
• Create interactive prototypes for demonstrations, testing and stakeholder presentations.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
• Prepare developer-ready designs, specifications and assets.
• Work closely with software developers, product managers and business teams.
• Participate in product discovery, requirements gathering and solution definition.
• Maintain consistency across web, mobile and other digital products.
• Review implemented products and ensure they match approved designs.
• Stay updated on modern UI/UX, product design and technology trends.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of responsive design.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping and design systems.
• Ability to conduct user and market research.
• Ability to perform competitor analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
• Experience working with software development teams.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple user experiences.

Portfolio Required

Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating actual UI/UX work.

Your portfolio should preferably include

• Mobile applications
• Web applications
• SaaS products
• Dashboards
• Complex business systems
• Before/after design improvements
• Case studies explaining your research and design decisions

Simply submitting screenshots of attractive designs without explaining the design process will not be sufficient.
