We are looking for a hardworking, smart, and motivated Sales Personnel to join our Real Estate & Property Management team.

Salary Structure: Fixed salary + Facilitation + commission based on performance
Qualifications
• Minimum of a Degree qualification; additional certifications are an added advantage.
• Experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or customer care is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of real estate and property management is an added advantage.
• Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and attract potential property clients.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising.
• Must be disciplined, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Reference or recommendation contacts
• Access to a smartphone
• Professional appearance and customer care skills
• Ability to move around for property inspections, site visits, and client meetings when required
Duties & Responsibilities
• Market and advertise properties for sale and rent
• Search for potential buyers, tenants, and property clients
• Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
• Manage customer relationships and follow-ups
• Assist in property management operations
• Promote company services both physically and online
• Prepare daily or weekly sales and client reports
• Help the company achieve sales and occupancy targets
