Position: Sales Manager
Location: Kampala, Uganda (Extensive travel across East Africa as per business requirements)
Salary Budget: USD 2,000-2,500 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

- DDGS (Dried Distillers Grains with Soluble)
- Food Grade CO
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Drive sales of ENA, DDGS, and Food Grade CO across East Africa.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and competitor tracking.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and commercial teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business reports.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role.
- African market experience is mandatory.
- Experience in ENA, Ethanol, Distillery, DDGS, Animal Feed, Food Grade CO, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across East Africa.
