Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Kampala. Sales Agents will identify and approach prospective clients, present insurance, pensions, and investment products, and provide clear explanations of policy features, benefits, and terms. They will maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, respond to inquiries, and offer guidance on suitable financial solutions. The role includes meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, completing application paperwork, and ensuring accurate documentation. Sales Agents will also participate in training sessions, stay informed about product updates and market trends, and collaborate with colleagues to support branch growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse clients.
• Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, empathy, and professional client support.
• Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and meeting performance targets.
• Basic Insurance knowledge and willingness to learn product details, regulations, and industry practices.
• Training aptitude, with the ability to absorb new information and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Relevant experience in sales, banking, insurance, or other customer-focused financial services is an advantage.
• Minimum of a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala, manage time effectively, and operate with high ethical standards.
