 As the Receptionist, you will act as the primary point of contact for guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, processing payments, and addressing inquiries or complaints with a professional demeanor


  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, such as answering phones while checking in a guest.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
