About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for competent , skilled, and experienced Supply Chain Volunteers to work in Uganda.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sort all the bid documents submitted into different pre-qualification categories Support with bid opening process of all different pre-qualification categories Support with the capture of data from all the bids received in the different categories Support in sorting documents for supplier vetting & registration Filing of all the completed pre-qualification documents Undertake any other duties that may be assigned time to time. Uphold DRC code of conduct

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Diploma in Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Basic Computer skills in MS i.e Excel, word etc packages. At least 2 yearsâ experience in similar work Responsible with high integrity. Skills in report writing.

Other requirements

Good time management, Interpretation and presentation skills. Demonstrated commitment to accountable practices. Ability to manage varied workloads. Ability to work with limited supervision but in line with agreed work plans. Ability to communicate in English Language
