Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Project Scheduling – Assists in planning timelines and tracking milestones.
• Documentation & Reporting – Manages contracts, RFIs, and project records.
• Budget Monitoring – Helps control costs and track expenditures.
• Stakeholder Communication – Coordinates between engineers, suppliers, and clients.
• Risk & Compliance Management – Ensures adherence to regulations and safety standards.
• Procurement Support – Aids in sourcing materials and managing supply logistics
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project coordination, scheduling, and procurement.
• Strong background in document management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with construction software (Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with knowledge of information technology.
Technical Skills:
• Project Scheduling & Planning – Expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Procore for managing timelines.
• Budgeting & Cost Control – Ability to track expenses, analyze financial reports, and optimize project costs.
• Procurement & Logistics – Coordinating material deliveries, vendor management, and inventory tracking.
• Contract Management – Understanding bid documents, change orders, and legal compliance.
• Risk Assessment – Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Additional Skills:
• Reporting & Documentation – Managing RFIs, submittals, and construction records.
• Software Proficiency – Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and construction management platforms.
• Quality & Safety Compliance – Ensuring adherence to OSHA, ISO, and local building regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication – Coordinating between engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Data Analysis & Forecasting – Using metrics to track progress and predict project outcomes.
Reporting Structure:
The Senior Office engineer will report directly to the operation manager and collaborate closely with general staff/ employees and other members of the company’s team.
