Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations, preferably within agricultural, agribusiness, or export-oriented companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and quality control teams.
- Monitor production schedules and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
