Production Manager

Scale:WTM 7 L

Reports to:Head of Communication, Marketing, and Client Experience

Responsible for: Videographers, Editors, Camera Operators, and Technical Crew

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise all aspects of media production from pre-production to post- production.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to technical standards.
• Coordinate with content creators and sound technicians for seamless production.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain and upgrade production equipment as necessary.

Person Specification:

1. Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in video editing, cinematography, or media production are a plus.

2. Experience:

• At least 5 years in media production, with experience in leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience in film production, editing, and live broadcasting.
