Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, developing, and implementing strategies for new business opportunities;
- Project and process management;
- Securing financial instruments;
- Financial analysis and oversight;
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners;
- Conducting market and client needs research and analysis to ensure product competitiveness;
- Overseeing and managing credit, market, operational, and compliance risks;
- Achieving defined KPIs, measuring and analyzing product performance.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in business management and/or financial product management;
- Excellent command of English (for communication with clients and colleagues abroad);
- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment;
- Strong project and organizational management skills, including proficiency in Agile methodology;
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks;
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Higher education in business management, finance, or a related field.

- A fixed salary ranging from UGX 7,541,537 to UGX 16,185,453 GROSS, depending on skills, experience, and competencies;
