JOB DUTIES:
- Drive overall operations, production, and project delivery to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and timely completion.
- Lead business development, sales, and marketing initiatives to grow revenue, expand market share, and achieve set targets.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships, ensuring strong performance, collaboration, and high customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations, production, or general management, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales growth, oversee projects, and deliver strong financial and operational results.
