Coordinate and prepare all menu items (in conjunction with the Sous Chef/Chef de Partie), ensuring that guest expectations with regard to quality, variation and presentation are met, if not exceeded.

Job Description/Requirements
- Key knowledge of Food production operations, allowing for effectiveness in problem solving.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Word & Excel) and hospitality-specific software and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
- Ability to multitask and must be able to work under pressure, and perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Always maintains Integrity, honesty, and accountability in all transactions.
- Must always practice good grooming and personal hygiene.
