Job descriptions & requirements
- Design and implement an HR strategy that supports the company's growth Objectives.
- Manage full employee life cycle, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, career development, and Succession Planning.
- Ensure Compliance with Ugandan Labour Legislation by introducing policies and procedures(employment contracts, Health and safety, internal regulations)
- Plan and Administer Compensation, bonus, and benefit schemes, overseeing Payroll Calculations,
- Drive Employee engagement and strengthen company culture by organizing engagement events and internal Communications.
- Advise the Leadership team on Organizational structure, Change in Management, and Talent Planning.
