Job Summary
To prepare all KFC products in accordance with KFC standard operating procedures, with strict adherence to Health and Safety standard.

Job Description/Requirements
- Prepare and store food products as per KFC standards operation procedures
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Clean and maintain designated interior and exterior areas of the restaurant
- Execute food preparation procedures as per KFC operational standards and management requirements
- Keep all areas and equipment clean and tidy
- Undertake further tasks as required by management to facilitate the efficient running of the restaurant.

- Ensure that you increase sales by executing set standards and suggestive selling as directed by management.
- Know about new products and promotions and serve customers with a sense of urgency.
- Open, operate and close restaurant following procedures and checklists.
- Prepare food according to specifications.
- Ability to speak, write and read English
- Basic numerical skills
