- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials accurately
- Build frameworks including walls, floors, doors, windows, and staircases
- Install structures such as cabinets, drywall, siding, and insulation
- Inspect and repair damaged structures when needed
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure projects meet building codes, safety regulations, and design expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, and team members to complete projects on time
