Reports to: Buyer Engagement Lead
Job Summary:
Identifies, approaches, and onboards local, regional, and national produce buyers including aggregators, exporters, processors, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly outreach to buyers in assigned regions.
- Maintain buyer communications via WhatsApp, calls, and visits.
- Share weekly updates on available produce and pricing.
- Record buyer orders and feedback in shared CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or Rural Development.
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, fieldwork, or agriculture.
- Must know local languages and agro-market practices.
