Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support the growth of our plastic manufacturing business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s plastic products to increase sales and market presence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Promote and sell the company’s plastic products to wholesalers, retailers, and industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in manufacturing or plastics industry is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
