Job Title : Branch Supervisors

Description

To Spearhead the execution of the sales and collections function within the assigned region to meet the overall objectives of the organization. We are looking for 5 individuals who can serve as Branch Supervisors in Bidi bidi, Mbarara, Mukono, Kyaka 11 and Kyangwali.

Outcome & Responsibilities

1. Outcome : Achievement of Set Sales Targets

Key Responsibilities

• Executing marketing plans as developed by business managers to realize set
  

  targets.
  

• Managing day to day sales activities of the branch through organizing work schedules, movements, executions of Sales activity plans of team leaders and agents in their area of operations.
  

• Support in lead generation and completion of sales lead.
  

2. Outcome :Agent Management (Recruitment, Training, Retention.)

Key Responsibilities

• Building a network of reliable and professionally experienced sales agents with the operational areas through liaison with respective area code leaders and influencers
  

• He/she shall ensure to build a strong direct sales teams in the respective areas of operations by hiring and training new sales agents, team leaders and influencers as per product knowledge, usage and enrolment.
  

• Developing marketing plans and implementing them to increase agent impact and reach in different market areas of respective regions
  

• He/she shall track sales data for individual sales agents and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.
  

• He/she shall provide leadership to the direct sales agents in areas of sales planning and organizing daily work schedules, marketing, promotions and distribution.
  

3. Outcome :Portfolio Delinquency/Credit /Debt management

Key Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource by providing training to established teams on handling debt collection processes within the respective operational areas
  

• Serve as an external contact for the company in relation to instigating credit collections from defaulting clients within operational areas.
  

• He/she will liaise with the CX and CO to provide weekly collections’ updates and recommendations for repossession in cases of stubborn and nonpaying accounts with no clear commitments to pay.
  

• Ensure all PAR16+ installer model clients are at zero.
  

4. Outcome :Asset and stock Management

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management and supervision to the BrightLife stock point/storefronts in the respective areas of operations and among the sales teams.
  

• He/she shall be responsible for the proper custody of company stock in their possession from getting lost and or getting damaged.
  

• He/she will be responsible for providing fully signed stock count reports on a monthly basis with the help of branch administrator.
  

• He/she shall maintain records on area and customer sales.
  

5. Outcome :Client relationship Management

Key Responsibilities

• Support in quick resolution of client complaints to enhance customer loyalty and promote product referral system and processes.
  

• He/she shall work hand in hand with the area Collections Officer to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
