Job Description/Requirements

We are seeking to recruit qualified Job Booking and job scheduling officer into our technical department:


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Capturing of new fitments, De installation instructions and scheduling of new fitments and de installation Fitments.
  2. Liaise with IT support in case of system failures or challenges.
  3. Coordinating new installations, Repairs and De installations.
  4. Respond to customer calls and emails on a timely manner.
  5. Preparing and processing all Job cards to the technical team.
  6. Facilitate and ensure sending of tracking certificates to all customers within the agreed TAT.
  7. Provide constant updates on fitment progress to all customers via email.
  8. Take full responsibility for the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information.
  9. Ensure that both an appropriate and adequate investigation takes place in all issues reported through the customer care Dept.
  10. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports as appropriate and share with respective supervisor, ensure the weekly and monthly set targets are met.
  11. Respond to inbound calls, Client’s email, capturing client notes/case notes and offering necessary support


Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or Diploma with 2years work experience as an administration Officer.
  • Proficiency in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office) and database management skills.
  • Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal & Organizational skills
  • Self-starter & Proactive
  • Customer focused & resilient
  • High Flexibility & excellent time Management.
