The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for evaluating, monitoring and developing overall Agent performance while ensuring the quality of all customer support activities meets the organization’s standards and expectations within the assigned line of service

The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation and successful closing of new accounts. This role entails field visits to clients to understand their needs and recommend the appropriate product or service.

The Sales Manager will directly support Kray Microfinance's business strategy through the direct sales representatives, sales activations and marketing campaigns. This role is a major contributing factor to new business growth and support of new product and service launches and will report to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, transparent, and experienced person who takes responsibility of his/her department and is capable of developing adequate tools and standards to assure quality outputs.
