The Boutique manager will be accountable and responsible for the overall operations and the day-to-day running of the hotel. He/She will oversee all facets of the hotel, will ensure guest satisfaction, and enhance the hotel’s reputation among the guests.

Will lead and motivate the HoReCa Field Sales team (direct and indirect sales force from our Distribution network) and ensure the execution of the HoReCa channel strategy defined at headquarters seeking high visibility and best-in-class service within high-end HoReCa prospects and customers.

This position requires an experienced and competent candidate with excellent organizational and analytical skills, expected to be detailed oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines.
