Supervise the site installation of pre-engineered steel structures (PEB) through technical representatives. Oversee planning, pre-installation surveys, subcontractor evaluation, site issue resolution, and compliance with project timelines, costs, and safety standards.

Design steel-framed structures and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) using advanced structural software. Partner with sales and detailing teams, specify structural materials, generate design reports and Bills of Materials (BOM), and ensure design quality compliance.

Lead, develop, and continuously improve the company's SHEQ management systems. Oversee legal compliance, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), risk assessments, internal audits, and contractor SHEQ performance to build a strong safety and quality culture across operations.

Enforce safety regulations and manage EHS protocols for industrial plant projects. Conduct daily Job Safety Analyses (JSA), issue work permits, deliver worker safety training, inspect site activities, and maintain emergency response plans to ensure full project compliance.

Supervise and monitor all civil and structural works for industrial plant projects, including foundations, steel structures, roads, and drainage. Work with consultants and contractors to ensure execution meets drawings, schedules, quality, and safety standards.
