Wachira identified four key trends that are driving growth in the job market. The first trend is increased investment in technology-driven jobs, such as those related to software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, and more.

The second trend is a move towards remote and freelance work.
Thirdly, how companies are looking for candidates with transferable skills, such as problem-solving, communication, and customer service.
