- Conduct training needs assessments and customize learning interventions for diverse teams and organizations.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide post-training reports and recommendations
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and group engagement skills.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR,
