ABOUT THIS JOB
EzeeMoney is seeking energetic, goal-oriented, and field-driven Trade Development Representatives (TDRs) to join our growing commercial team. The TDRs will be responsible for growing our agent network, driving product adoption, and strengthening relationships with Agents in assigned territories.


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents into the EzeeMoney network.
• Execute daily route plans to ensure consistent field presence and market coverage.
• Pitch EzeeMoney products and services to potential customers and drive adoption.
• Support agents with registration, onboarding, training, and product activations.
• Monitor agent performance and ensure active usage of EzeeMoney services.
• Deploy and track Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials and ensure proper utilisation.
• Collect feedback from agents and provide insights to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data quality standards, and reporting protocols.
• Work closely with Trade Development Representatives (TDRs) and other field teams to achieve territory targets.
• Report daily activities, route compliance, and market intelligence to the line manager.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Experience in field sales, trade marketing, or agent network development (preferably in fintech, telecom, or FMCG).
• Strong understanding of digital financial services and agent network operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in basic computer and mobile applications for reporting and communication.
• Knowledge of local markets and languages in the assigned territory is an added advantage.
