Requirements
- Bachelor in Tourism Management or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of working experience in a Tour Consultant role.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in itinerary building software (desirable).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills is a plus.
- Respond to all tour inquiries promptly via email, social media, phone, and in person.
- Design and present detailed tour itineraries tailored to guest preferences.
- Provide in-depth information on tour products and services, safety, and logistics.
- Make and manage bookings for flights, activities, accommodation and related services.
- Coordinate with guides, community partners, logistics teams, and lodge staff to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle payment processing and deliver clear invoices to guests.
- Upsell additional experiences and overnight stays where appropriate.
- Collect and report guest feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain an organized database of guest records and tour schedules.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share updates from the field.
- Develop and present scheduled reports with relevant department
