Job details:
To drive sales growth through telephone engagement, delivering exceptional customer experience, and promoting the company’s financial products.
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers via phone to promote loan products and generate sales.
- Source referrals from existing customers to expand the client base.
- Provide efficient after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Contribute to customer retention efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a Business-related field from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales.
- Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in Telesales, customer service, or a related role.
- Residing in or near Bukoto, Kampala

- Good computer and database skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
