  • Device refurbishing and restoration. You'll use computer software to reinstall software, configure settings, and restore phones to factory standards. This isn't just wiping devices—it's ensuring every refurbished phone performs like new for customers who are counting on it for their livelihoods.

  • Quality inspection and grading. You'll assess functionality, appearance, and battery life before categorizing devices as Grade A, B, or C. Your eye for detail determines whether a device goes back to a customer or needs additional work. You'll conduct thorough visual inspections, catching scratches and defects that could affect user experience, and you'll verify that every device meets our standards before release.

  • Data tracking and warehouse management. You'll maintain detailed records using Excel and similar tools, assist with inventory management during stock-taking, and keep accurate records of returned and refurbished devices. You'll help organize stock for efficient retrieval and contribute to the systems that help us track thousands of devices moving through our network.

  • Beyond these core responsibilities, you'll maintain safety protocols that keep our warehouse running efficiently, thoroughly clean devices (screen polishing, disinfecting), provide basic technical support, troubleshoot minor software issues, and continuously improve processes. You'll also ensure all tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
