Job Purpose
To manage product visibility, availability, and performance in supermarkets and modern trade outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper product placement and shelf visibility.
- Maintain optimal stock levels in supermarkets.
- Build relationships with store managers and staff.
- Monitor product performance and customer preferences.
- Implement promotions and in-store marketing activities.
- Conduct regular store visits and submit reports.
- Ensure compliance with store standards and agreements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in supermarket or modern trade sales.
- Minimum education: Senior Six, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and merchandising skills.
- General Requirements (Applicable to All Roles)
- 2 years of experience in sales
- Open to both male and female candidates.
