Stores Clerk

Minimum Qualification / Requirements

• Diploma in business studies or a related field.
  
• 2 years of progressive experience preferably in a busy industry.
  

Quality

·       Receive all raw and packaging materials as per SOP and confirm receipts to stores In-charge /Chemist

·       Carry out physical stock counts of all materials on monthly basis

·       Verify physical stock figures and reconcile accordingly.

·       Ensure that all materials are kept in order and in clean environment.

·       Ensure that stores are cleaned and kept under key and lock at all times.

·       6. Issue required materials to production and reconciliations done.

Records & Reporting

·       Ensure that all Raw and Packaging material Issue log books are documented and signed by persons concerned

Any other Duties

·       Do any other assignment given by HOD.
