Job descriptions & requirements
- Supervise housekeeping staff by assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance and ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Inspect completed work, address gaps promptly, and ensure rooms are ready for guest occupancy.
- Control inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, coordinate laundry operations, and report maintenance or safety issues.
- At least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of housekeeping experience.
- Proven ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
