We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and tech-savvy Social Media & E-commerce Executive to manage our digital presence. You will be responsible for building our community of parents, driving traffic to our Shopify store, and ensuring our brand is the first choice for baby essentials in Uganda.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Growth
- Strategy & Content: Design and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that aligns with Aiwibi’s "Born for Love" brand identity.

- Influencer Relations: Identify and collaborate with "Mom-fluencers" and parenting communities to increase brand reach and trust.
2. E-commerce & Website Operations (Shopify)
- Campaign Execution: Create and manage web-based promotions (e.g., "Spend & Get" offers, bundle deals, and seasonal discounts).
- User Experience: Regularly audit the site to ensure the customer journey from "Landing Page" to "Checkout" is seamless and mobile-friendly.
3. Data Analytics & Sentiment Analysis
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on weekly KPIs including reach, engagement rate, website traffic, and Shopify conversion rates.
- Market Sentiment: Use social listening to understand how parents perceive our products versus competitors and use these insights to suggest product or service improvements.
- ROI Optimization: Analyze which content types drive the most sales and pivot strategy accordingly.
4. Creative Execution
- Visual Storytelling: Create (or coordinate the creation of) high-quality videos, reels, and graphics that highlight product features like our MicroAiry™ Film or PlantPower Absorbent Core™.
- Copywriting: Write persuasive, empathetic, and clear copy for social posts, blogs, and product descriptions.
Who You Are:
- The FMCG Specialist: You have at least 2 years of experience handling fast- moving consumer goods (preferably in baby care, beauty, or health).
- The Shopify Expert: You don’t just know how to browse a website; you know how to manage a Shopify store and understand its ecosystem.
- Competitive & Proactive: You are driven by results and always looking for ways to "win" the feed and the market. Learner’s Mindset: You stay ahead of social media algorithm changes and are eager to master new digital tools.
- Empathetic: You understand the needs and anxieties of new parents and can communicate with them in a way that builds long-term loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven portfolio of managing professional social media accounts with measurable growth.
