Shop Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Shop Attendant to assist in the daily operations of our electronics and telecom shop. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, process sales, and ensure smooth shop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right products.
• Provide information on product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the shop.
• Assist in restocking and organizing shelves.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
• Keep records of daily sales and report to the shop owner/manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of electronic products and mobile devices.
• Honesty, reliability, and good organizational skills
