Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Kampala. The Salesperson will engage directly with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable annuity solutions. Responsibilities include generating new business leads, building strong client relationships, delivering product presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively convert leads into customers and close deals
- Client Relationship Management and Communication skills to build trust and provide exceptional service
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to offer tailored financial solutions to clients
- Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic Knowledge of financial products, particularly annuities and insurance
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team framework while also demonstrating self-motivation
- Relevant experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the financial or insurance sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
